I am unable to cancel orders once items have been shipped or delivered. Returns/Refunds on shipped items are generally not accepted due to the small nature of my business, but I will make exceptions to this policy on a case by case basis as client satisfaction is important to me. Returns, if accepted, must be in new re-sellable condition. Please research items and check product reviews for items like Tarot or Oracle Decks before purchasing, double check quantities you are ordering, or email with questions to make sure you are certain about your purchase.
Items are carefully packed to avoid damage during shipping. If an item arrives damaged from the carrier please reach out to jenninecrafts@gmail.com so I can look into getting you a replacement or refund. Please include photos of the shipping container and damaged items, and save the original shipping container so I can file a report with the shipper.
If there is an issue with one of my handmade products please email jenninecrafts@gmail.com with photos of your item and I’ll do my best to make it right with a repair, replacement, or return for refund.
Tickets to events like group craftings or Sip & Spell Nights are generally not refundable once an event has passed or within one week of the event as supplies are purchased for events based on expected attendance. Tickets are transferrable to another person if you are unable to attend but wish to give your ticket to a friend.
Missing Packages
If you haven’t received an item that tracking says is delivered, please first check with neighbors to see if an item was misdelivered. If your package is still missing please email jenninecrafts@gmail.com with your order number and I will look into the issue immediately. If you chose to use UPS shipping there should be a proof of delivery photo. USPS does not do photo proof of delivery, only delivery confirmation via tracking number.
